1. Renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew according to the monthly or annual interval and price disclosed in the accepted offer and Billing record. Each service keeps its own billing interval; a domain renewal date does not replace a monthly hosting renewal date.
2. Prepaid first period
When CESRB collects the first paid service period before activation and the payment provider internally labels the deferred interval “trialing,” the customer-facing service is Active — prepaid through the stated date. It is not a free trial. The next automatic charge follows the authoritative provider-backed renewal date.
3. Cancellation
A cancel-at-period-end request preserves access through the paid period and stops future renewal for that service. Partial cancellation affects only the canceled service. Canceling one service does not automatically cancel separate services with their own subscriptions.
4. Refunds
Recurring charges are generally nonrefundable once the service period begins, except where required by law or where CESRB chooses otherwise. Website-project refunds follow the separate Website Services Agreement.
5. Failed payments
A failed recurring payment has a default seven-day grace period. During the grace period CESRB preserves affected resources and ordinarily keeps the service available while notifying the customer where appropriate. After the grace period, CESRB may suspend the affected service. Data remains subject to the applicable retention policy. Successful payment restores eligible service through normal reconciliation.
6. Changes
Changes to price, interval, or services require an authoritative Billing agreement or offer. A new legal version does not silently change an already accepted historical agreement.
7. Contact
Billing and cancellation questions may be sent to CESRB Creative LLC, Arizona, United States, at legal@cesrb.com. The General Terms of Service also apply.
