1. Customer ownership
The customer owns the beneficial or customer ownership interest in its domain. CESRB may register and manage the domain inside a CESRB registrar account on the customer’s behalf. CESRB does not claim the customer’s domain merely because a CESRB registrar account purchased or manages it.
2. Registration and renewal
The accepted offer and Billing record identify the domain charge. CESRB generally bills annual renewal about 30 days before the actual registration expiration date. CESRB is not required to advance renewal money before the customer pays the renewal charge.
3. Expiration and late payment
If payment is not received in time, CESRB may allow the domain to expire. The normal CESRB seven-day payment grace period does not extend registrar or registry expiration deadlines.
If payment arrives after expiration, CESRB will make reasonable best-effort attempts to renew or restore the domain where recovery remains possible. Recovery is not guaranteed. Registrar or registry redemption, restoration, or similar fees caused by late payment are the customer’s responsibility. If an unpaid or late domain is released, auctioned, transferred, or registered by another party, CESRB cannot guarantee recovery.
If the customer paid CESRB on time and CESRB failed to act reasonably on that timely payment, CESRB will not rely on the unpaid-renewal limitation to excuse its own failure.
4. Transfers
If the customer’s applicable account is current, the customer may request transfer of the domain away from CESRB. CESRB will make reasonable efforts to cooperate. Registrar or registry transfer locks, waiting periods, and required verification may apply.
5. Third-party rules
Domain registrations are also subject to registrar and registry rules outside CESRB’s control. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.
6. Contact
Domain questions may be sent to CESRB Creative LLC, Arizona, United States, at legal@cesrb.com. The General Terms of Service also apply.
